A contrast to the vintage line, the Kismas lamps in the modern line are made with new glass blocks inspired by modernist architecture.
The Doric Lamp 01 comes with a three-dimensional, embossed, exceptionally heavy glass block manufactured by Seves Glass Block and based on drawings by the renowned Spanish architect Rafael Moneo. It has a steel, heavy, graphite black-painted lighting base, that emits light through the glass blocks, bringing out the graphic pattern of the block along with its corrugated edges.
