Rich in flavour and low in fat & sugar, the gelato are painstakingly handmade using the finest ingredients. With less air & fats then traditional ice cream, and without any artificial flavouring or gelatine, the gelato offers a healthier dessert option.
Selection of locally brewed coffee range from filtered coffee to espresso based brew. The coffee beans are provided by a local favourite cafe "Chye Seng Huat Hardware" & roastery "Papa Palheta".
The thick Belgian waffle is buttery and fragrant, thick, and crispy. Topped with your choice of gelato, drizzled with maple syrup, chocolate or strawberry sauce and sprinkled with icing sugar.
