Peranakan delicacies of bite-sized sweet and savoury snacks. The nonya kuehs have pleasant aromas and striking colours. Try out the Kueh Lapis — a colourful 9-layered soft rice flour pudding, Kueh Salat — coconut pandan custard glutinous rice cake, and Bengkang Ubi, a baked tapioca cake.

The result is a tasty savoury dumpling packed with Japanese shiitake mushroom, chestnut, salted egg yolk & pork. The vegetarian option offers textured plant-based protein & winter melon fillings and is a pyramid of yummy goodness.
