The museum is the home of the Red Dot Award: Design Concept, one of the world's most prestigious design awards, and one of only three Red Dot Design Museums in the world.

Preview of the Future presents more than 500 award-winning design concepts from designers around the globe, challenging how we live, work and move through the world. These are ideas still at their early stage: ambitious, unexpected and often breathtaking in their thinking.
