Where do you ship?

We deliver locally in Singapore and ship to major cities in Asia, Oceania, North America and Europe.


What are your shipping rates?
We subsidised part of your shipping charges to keep the shipping charges low. Free international shipping applies with a minimum order value.

Singapore:
Standard delivery — Free with no minimum order!
Expedited same-day delivery - S$12


Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, S.Korea, Taiwan R.O.C., Thailand, Vietnam:

- Flat shipping rate S$20
- Free shipping for purchases S$100 and above


Brunei, China, India, Japan:

- Flat shipping rate S$30
- Free shipping for purchases S$150 and above



Australia, New Zealand:
- Flat shipping rate S$40
- Free shipping for purchases S$200 and above



Canada, Mexico, United States:

- Flat shipping rate S$40
- Free shipping for purchases S$200 and above

European countries and United Kingdom:
- Flat shipping rate S$40
- Free shipping for purchases S$200 and above


How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it will be processed within 1 working day.


For Singapore orders, the standard delivery time is 2-3 days. Expedited shipping option is also available.



For international orders, we use Fedex Priority Shipping to ensure you get your items fast. The shipping time to major cities are presented below:

Asia:

- Brunei, Malaysia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan,
S.Korea, Taiwan R.O.C., Thailand, Vietnam: 3-4 days
- China: 4-5 days

- Philippines: 5 days


Oceania:

- Australia: 4-5 days
- New Zealand: 6-7 days



North America and Europe:

- Canada, Mexico, United States: 3-4 days

- European countries and United Kingdom: 4 days




Who is responsible for import taxes and duties?
Some countries outside Singapore may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in the payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. Fedex will contact the receiver to collect these charges before the parcel can be delivered. 



Do you accept returns?
Purchased items are non-exchangeable or refundable, unless the item is damaged, defective or because of an error on our part. If you have a return or exchange request please reach out to us at museum@red-dot.sg within 3 days of receiving your order and indicate your order number and pictures of the item. Returned product must remain in its original condition and packaging.
