Where do you ship?
We deliver locally in Singapore and ship to major cities in Asia, Oceania, North America and Europe.
What are your shipping rates?
Local shipping within Singapore is free. International shipping charges is calculated based on your product shipping weight and Fedex courier charges. For selected products, you can opt for registered mail. Free international shipping applies with a minimum order value.

Expedited same-day delivery - S$18
Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, S.Korea, Taiwan R.O.C., Thailand, Vietnam:
- Free shipping for purchases S$200 and above
Brunei, China, India, Japan:
- Free shipping for purchases S$250 and above
Australia, New Zealand:
- Free shipping for purchases S$300 and above
Canada, Mexico, United States:
- Free shipping for purchases S$300 and above
European countries and United Kingdom:
- Free shipping for purchases S$300 and above
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it will be processed within 1 working day.
For Singapore orders, the standard delivery time is 2-3 days. Expedited shipping option is also available.
For international orders, we use Fedex Shipping to ensure you get your items fast. Fedex shipping time to major cities are presented below:
Asia:
- Brunei, Malaysia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan,
S.Korea, Taiwan R.O.C., Thailand, Vietnam: 3-4 days
- China: 4-5 days
- Philippines: 5 days
Oceania:
- Australia: 4-5 days
- New Zealand: 6-7 days
North America and Europe:
- Canada, Mexico, United States: 3-4 days
- European countries and United Kingdom: 4 days
Shipping via registered mail is available for selected products. The shipping time is much slower compared to courier, and may take up to 20 days depending on your location.
Who is responsible for import taxes and duties?
Some countries outside Singapore may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in the payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. Fedex or the local post office will contact the receiver to collect these charges before the parcel can be delivered.
Do you accept returns?
Purchased items are non-exchangeable or refundable, unless the item is damaged, defective or because of an error on our part. If you have a return or exchange request please reach out to us at museum@red-dot.sg within 3 days of receiving your order and indicate your order number and pictures of the item. Returned product must remain in its original condition and packaging.
